Burma Burma has come up with the ‘Vacation in Yangon’. It is a limited-time festive menu.

This new limited-edition holiday menu was painstakingly researched and made after a series of culinary travels throughout Burma, discovering hidden treasures, found across distinctive tea rooms that are the spots for community life. It delves deeply into Burmese food culture to craft the straightforward yet flavorful dishes that have become crowd favorites. A wide selection of flavorful artisanal teas, noble coolers, lemonades, and bubble teas are served alongside zesty salads, soulful and hearty snacks, spicy noodle bowls, and flavorful sweets.

The menu has been curated by Chef Ansab Khan, Head Chef, of Burma Burma, and Co-Founder Ankit Gupta. The limited-edition menu consists of Green Tomato and Pickled Tea Leaf Salad, Crunchy Spring Roll Salad, Triple Mushroom Palata, Icha Koi & White Pea Mash, Steamed Black Rice Cakes, Mandalay Mee Shay, Shwe Taung Khow Suey, Malai Palata, Shwe Palin or Downtown Falooda.
