Relatively Speaking, a wonderful comedy by acclaimed playwright Alan Ayckbourn, was presented by the Kolkata Centre for Creativity in association with Chennai Art Theatre and The Madras Players. The spectacular KCC Amphitheatre served as the venue for the event.

The play, which was directed by Tehzeeb Katari, is a prime example of Ayckbourn’s talent for creating complex narratives and scintillating dialogue. The plot of “Relatively Speaking” centers on two couples who become involved in a web of miscommunications, which results in amusing circumstances and dramatic ironic moments. Unexpected turns and twists had everyone on the edge of their seats and kept the audience guessing right up to the very end.

The cast of the play consisted of Yohan Chacko, Shaan Katari Libby, Sarvesh Sridhar, and Ameera D’costa.

Passionate actors and the director brought Ayckbourn’s wit and comedy to life on stage and kept the audiences hooked.
