Almost after 2.5 months of complete lock down, the government has decided to open the restaurants and hotels during the fifth phase of the lock down with a new set of rules and regulations. Aminia has restarted its dine-in facilities from 8th June with 30% seating capacity and strict safety measures. All 9 outlets of this restaurant chain are open from 11 am to 9 pm till further Govt instruction.

The restaurant has undertaken essential safety measures directed by the government, which applies to both the patrons and in-house staff.

Temperature checks of the customers are being done at the entrance with proper sanitization. Visitors wearing proper masks are only allowed. Big groups are allowed on prior booking but sitting jointly will not be encouraged. The physical distancing of 6 feet is being maintained in the queue as well as inside the restaurant near the toilet and washing area. The tables are arranged at the 6 ft distance to follow the social distancing norms. Sanitizer sachet is kept at every table. For the in-house staff, the restaurant has made face shields, masks, and gloves compulsory along with temperature checks at least thrice a day. The Security guard is wearing a proper PPE kit. They have also reduced kitchen staff to maintain social distancing inside the kitchen. The tables, chairs, cutlery, and crockery are being cleaned and disinfected after every meal. They have also included the option to avail biodegradable cutlery, crockery, and sanitizer sachet only by paying Rs 20. Deep cleaning and sanitization are being done every fortnight as well as in every 2 hours to keep the premises decontaminated. The restaurant has also decided to encourage the customers to use the digital menu and payment methods.

The disposable menu is being provided to those who cannot use the digital platform. Apart from the Biryani, Aminia is known for its signature dishes like Mutton Pasinda Kebab, Aminia Special Curry, Mutton Galawati Kebab, Chicken/Mutton Chaap, etc. However, the outlets will be having a limited number of dishes available on their menu and it intends to resume the full menu shortly.
