An Excellent Session With Amish Tripathi At The Heritage School

In honor of the release of his recently published book, “The Chola Tigers: Avengers of Somnath”, the Heritage School in Kolkata had the privilege of hosting renowned author, diplomat, and cultural thought leader Shri Amish Tripathi for an engaging session with students and faculty.
Students, teachers, and literature lovers flocked to the event with great anticipation to interact with one of India’s most renowned modern storytellers. Shri Tripathi discussed the richness and complexity of Indian civilization, the value of staying connected to our cultural heritage, and the ongoing significance of historical accounts in forming contemporary identity during the discussion.

“History is not just about the past; it is the memory of our civilization. We create a stronger future when we proudly share our tales,” he said.
Students asked thoughtful questions on mythology, character interpretation, and the author’s research methodology during the interactive discussion. The crowd was profoundly affected by Shri Tripathi’s considerate and kind remarks.
“It was a privilege to host Shri Amish Tripathi on our campus. His remarks inspired our pupils to be inquisitive, thoughtful, and grounded. We at The Heritage School think that education is more than just textbooks. These kinds of conversations foster empathy, perspective, and a strong sense of self,” said Ms. Seema Sapru, Principal of The Heritage School.

The children were motivated to study, consider, and revisit the rich cultural narratives of India after the session ended with a book signing and a cordial discussion.
