On offer are dishes like Seared Scallops adorned with Salmon Roe and Lobster Ravioli draped in a delightful Chardonnay Glaze, Frittelle di pesce al mango, featuring local Topshe fish fritters with a spicy tomato sauce and Genovese pesto, Asparagi bianchi, a dish that combines white asparagus, smoked salmon, Oscietra caviar, and a Prawnage Bellpepper glaze, Himalayan Trout accompanied by roasted peppers and balsamic glaze, Grilled Tiger Prawns paired with gremolata and cauliflower cream, Bhetki alla Puttanesca, served alongside fennel slaw and jacket potatoes, Garlic Fettucine, expertly tossed in extra virgin olive oil with red chili, mussels, scallops, prawns, and pangrattato and Crab Tortelli, enhanced by a Basil and aged parmesan emulsion.

Additionally, Chef Darshini and the staff create exquisite risottos, homemade pasta, antipasti, and sumptuous secondi, all of which are combined with carefully chosen ingredients.
