Sun Bangla announced its upcoming show Basu Paribar.

A press conference was organized that was graced by the cast and crew of the serial.

“Basu Paribar” delves into the intricacies of familial bonds. It centers on Anjan Babu, a retired school teacher who has devoted his life to providing loving and caring parenting to his three sons and two daughters. But when he encounters financial challenges and his grown-up, moved-away children refuse to accept accountability for their family’s welfare, his entire world collapses. The only one who offers assistance is his younger son, the hero Diptesh, who is also not wealthy. In the middle of the mayhem, the heroine Neela, who originally enters the family with bad intentions, manages to win back Anjan Babu’s respect and prevent the collapse of the household.

“Basu Paribar” explores the universal themes of family values, responsibility, and the virtue of sticking together in difficult circumstances through its captivating plot and likable characters. It is promised that the serial will take viewers on an emotional trip that will make them laugh, weep, and consider their relationships.

The character of Anjan Basu is played by Arindam Ganguly, while Shreema Bhattacharya plays Neela and Saurajit Banerjee plays Diptesh.

Basu Paribar will start from 5th August, 7 pm, every day on Sun Bangla.
