Authentic Odisha Dishes At Sonargaon Available From 27th September
From September 27 to 29, Sonargaon, Taj Bengal will serve dinner only including the delectable dishes from Odisha’s stunning coastline, hills, rivers, and diverse haats, all expertly prepared by Chef Rachit Kirteeman.
The Odisha Table consists of two well-prepared plates including a variety of Odisha meals that highlight the state’s vegetarian cuisine as well as its coastline region. A selection of sweets will follow the spread of both platters, which will be accompanied by a choice of dips, chutneys, and savory steamed rice cakes. The vegetarian platter and the non-vegetarian platter are the two platters available.
Chef Rachit Kirteeman offered his thoughts on this, and said, “Odisha food is unique because it is an amalgam of many influences, people, and traditions. Amazingly, it hasn’t resulted in a uniform culture or set of eating habits, but rather in a wide variety of micro-cuisines that coexist peacefully side by side without infringing on the rights of others. It is possibly the best-kept culinary secret in all of India”.
