Bandhan Bank Announces Online Collection Of Direct Taxes
Bandhan Bank declared that it has made direct tax collection available online to its clients and non-clients in India. The Bank is currently operational for collecting direct taxes via the income tax TIN 2.0 technology. Through more than 1700 bank locations, Bandhan Bank, an Agency Bank designated by the RBI, also takes offline payments of direct taxes.
Customers of Bandhan Bank can now quickly, easily, and conveniently pay their direct taxes via the bank’s retail, corporate, and payment gateway (debit, credit, and internet banking) thanks to this license. Additionally, they can use cash, checks, or demand drafts to pay their taxes at any bank location. This solution will make it easier for both Bandhan Bank clients and non-clients nationwide to pay their direct taxes without any difficulties.
Currently operating in 35 of India’s 36 states and union territories, Bandhan Bank provides services to over 3.35 crore clients via a strong network of more than 6300 banking locations.
