Bandhan Bank Now Has 16 New Branches In 5 Indian States


Bandhan Bank declared the opening of sixteen new branches in five Indian states. In addition to three branches each in Bihar and Jharkhand, the bank has opened seven new locations in Odisha, two in Andhra Pradesh, and one in Chhattisgarh.
The branch was inaugurated by Mr. Partha Pratim Sengupta, MD & CEO, Bandhan Bank. Mr. Rajinder Kumar Babbar, ED & CBO, Mr. Ratan Kumar Kesh, ED & COO, and other senior dignitaries of the Bank.
The new branches in Odisha are situated at Sundargarh (Bisra Branch, Bonaigarh Branch, Hemgir Branch), Kandhamal (G. Udyagiri Branch), Koraput (Kotpad Branch, Semiliguda Branch), and Nabarangapur (Umerkot Branch). In Andhra Pradesh, the new branches are situated at East Godavari (Nidadavole Branch) and Vizianagaram (Rajam Branch). In Bihar, the new branches are situated at Banka (Bounsi Branch), Munger (Dharhara Branch and Sangrampur Branch), and in Jharkhand, the branches are at Dhanbad (Govindpur Branch), Garhwa (Nagaruntari Branch), and Palamu (Panki Branch). And in Chhattisgarh, the new branch is located at Kondagaon (Kondagaon Branch).
The state’s rural and semi-urban areas will be served by all of the new branches. The Bank’s strategic commitment to diversification and building a stronger national presence aligns with the branch network expansion. The bank is improving customer access to cutting-edge banking solutions by expanding its reach. With the opening of these 16 new locations in 5 Indian states, there are now more than 1730 branches overall. The Bank will now use a strong network of more than 6300 banking locations throughout India to serve its clients.
Currently, Bandhan Bank operates in 35 of the nation’s 36 states and union territories.
