The brand-new Gelato Range from Baskin-Robbins will be available for purchase this summer. By extending its product line and pushing the limits of decadence by stepping outside of conventional ice cream varieties, the brand hopes to further solidify its position as India’s premier dessert destination. Baskin-Robbins projects are aiming for a double-digit year-over-year growth as FY25 draws to a close.

Three new gelato product categories have been added by Baskin-Robbins for the summer line: Kids Range Special Gelato Sundaes, Gelato Flavours, and Gelato Sundaes. Rich, velvety textures and robust flavours characterise the new Gelato Range, which is made with premium ingredients to deliver a true Italian experience. Two new gelato flavours are Blueberry Cheesecake Gelato and Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut.

These are complemented by the decadent Gelato Sundaes, which are layered with rich textures and toppings to accommodate changing consumer tastes. The Mango & Cream, Berry Me in Cheesecake, and Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut Gelato Sundaes all have their distinctive gelato base with particular toppings, such as mango compote and angel cake, blueberry compote and cheesecake cubes, or Nutella and caramelised hazelnuts. They are all finished with waffle garnishes coated in chocolate. Acknowledging children’s fondness for fairy tales, the company has launched new products in its kids’ gelato sundae line, including the salted caramel & brownie gelato sundae with gooey brownie fudge bits and the cotton candy Wonderland Gelato Sundae with strawberry compote and colourful gems.

With prices starting at Rs. 115, the recently introduced Gelato line is now offered at all Baskin-Robbins locations across the country.
