The Indian environment has been taken into account in the design of the Smart Bins, allowing for a greater audience. The enormous size of the bin makes it easier to gather lots of used plastic bottles. The bin contains a special sensor that sends notifications of the fill level to the data management center promptly and efficiently.
After the project launch, there was a symposium called “Ecologue 2023,” where specialists from top petrochemical producers and international FMCG companies shared their predictions for the future of PET packaging and its recycling. This organization’s major mission is to encourage waste reduction, recycling, and a litter-free, clean India.
