The poster of the upcoming Bengali film Woman Power was unveiled in the presence of director Suvendu Das, producer Dr. Rajib Pal, actors Shaheb Bhattacherjee, Alivia Sarkar, and others.

The story of the film revolves around Ajay and Puja and they are doctors by profession. They used to study in the same medical college. Their romance flourished since their medical college days. They get married eventually. However, problems start in their marriage. This is mainly due to Puja’s suspicious and possessive nature. She tortures Ajay mentally and physically. How Ajay overcomes this situation is what the story is all about.

Speaking at the event, Alivia Sarkar said “It was a great feeling to come back to work after the lockdown. We all have to get accustomed to our normal lives and follow the guidelines to keep the disease at bay. I am looking forward to the shoot”.

The film will have three songs.

The shooting of the film will begin from the first week of November. The shoot will take place in Kolkata, Indore, and Kashmir.

The film is eyeing for release in 2022.
