Bengali short film Tomake Chai is essentially a love story. Remo meets Ritu who was on her way to college. He falls in love with her at first sight. Her mother is a business woman and she sees her daughter with Remo one day. She gets angry. She meets Remo and asks him not to meet with her daughter. Even that does not stop Remo from meeting her. What happens next? Will their love story be fulfilled?

The cast of the film consists of Pulokita, Urmila Sanyal, Aviraj and others.

The direction is by Chiranjit Ghoshal. The cinematography is by Sourav Sarkar. The make-up artist is Gopal Adhikary. The music has been composed by Sutirtha. He has also lent his voice to the song in the short film.

The production designer is Mayukh Chatterjee and the executive producer is Subrata Das.

The shooting of the film has been done in Kolkata for two days.

Urmila who plays the role of Ritu in the film said that it was a good experience shooting the film. The director enacted the scenes which helped her to understand in a better manner. She also threw light on the fact that the making of the film was just like a film.

The song of the film will be released on 26^th January. The trailer will be released after that.

The film has been produced by Purple Movies Originals. The producer of the short film is Sunil Dutta.
