Guru Shishya Sammelan was organized at Mahajati Sadan recently. It was organized by CWA K. M. D. O-1.

The best life insurance agents of the past year were felicitated at this event.

Apart from this, to enhance their working capabilities, a motivational talk was also delivered at this event.

Jagadish Jhawar, National President, CWA graced the event. He said that 1100 agents attended the event and the way they devotedly listened to the talk was highly encouraging.

Mr. Jhawar also highlighted the importance of digital technology in today’s times and how one must get used to it for bettering their work.

This institution was started in 2011 and since its inception, they have been working to develop the professionalism of the insurance agents. Motivating, training, and developing these agents is their sole aim.

At the event, Crazy Karim Raza motivated the agents. The agents of Kolkata waited with much patience to listen to his pep talk.

A book was also unveiled at this event by the esteemed guests and dignitaries.

This is a great initiative to boost the morale and confidence of the life insurance agents.
