Not many films are made for children in recent times in Bengal. Ismile Film Production understood this gap and has come up with a bi-lingual film C/O- A Journey. The film will be in Bengali and Hindi.

A press conference was organized to announce this new film in the presence of the director Pratik Sarkar and the cast of the film.

The story is set in the backdrop of a village. The name of the village is 11 mile. A small boy named Patu lives there. After his mother’s death, his grandmother takes care of him. He has never seen his father. He had learned from others that his father lives in Kolkata. He decides one day to come to Kolkata to look for his father. What happens next?

The film will be directed by Pratik Sarkar.

The cast of the film consists of Rahul Banerjee, Sunil Banerjee, Suman Das, Rupam Mondal, and others.

Dev Sen will compose the music for this film. There will be two songs in this film.

The screenplay and dialogues are by Saptarshi Ghatak and Pratik Sarkar.

The shooting of this film will begin in the second week of May in Jhargram. Then the shooting will be continued in Kolkata.
