The trailer launch of Fridaay’s web-series Bibaho Ottopor took place in the presence of director Sayantan Mukherjee, actors Arunima Ghosh, Gaurav Chakrabarty, Savvy, and others.

The story of Bibaho Ottopor is about Riju and Rai. They are two individuals in love and are engaged in a courtroom battle. They do not want a divorce, but because their families want them to do. As a result, a legal fight ensues between the two families. What happens next?

It is a seven-episode series.

The cast of the series also consists of Ashim Ray Chowdhury, Mou Bhattacharya, Gautam Mukherjee, Tanishka Tiwari, Aloke Sanyal, and others.

“Riju and Rai are poles apart in nature. They are the perfect examples of opposites attracting one another. Riju is sorted and grounded, and he has grown up in a joint family. On the other hand, Rai is a pampered daughter. So you can understand what happens to them after they get married,” said Gaurav.

Arunima plays Rai in this series. She said, “Most films or series show a love story where the lead pair gets together. But this story starts after they marry each other. It shows the problems they encounter after their marriage. This is true for every couple in the world. Rai is slightly immature. However, she changes after falling in love with Riju. When she goes to her father’s home, she becomes a bit immature as she is pampered there. She believes that everyone will do as she says. It is only in her in-laws’ place that she comes to terms with reality. It will make for a fun watch as it shows real problems of couples”.

The story, dialogue, and screenplay are by Somnath Roy and Arindam Guha.

Savvy has composed the music of the series.

The series is presented by Rupa Datta of Camellia Productions Pvt Ltd.

Bibaho Ottopor will stream from the 25^th of July.
