Actors Sharman Joshi and Bidita Bag along with director Aryaan Saxena were in Kolkata to promote their upcoming movie ‘Fauji Calling’. The press conference was held at the Orchid Banquets.

The movie shows the journey of a soldier and his family members. India shares borders with various neighboring nations, and Indian soldiers regularly sacrifice their own lives to protect the civilians. While the common people understand the sacrifice of the soldiers, the turmoils of the soldier’s families are often overlooked. Fauji Calling is a tribute to the soldiers and their families and also highlights their plight.

The trailer of the movie was released by Defence Minister of India, Shri Rajnath Singh in New Delhi and received much appreciation at the gathering.

Produced by Running Horses Films and Ovez Productions, the action-drama movie also features Ranjha Vikram Singh, Mugdha Godse, Shishir Sharma, Zarina Wahab, and Mahi Soni in key roles.

The story of the movie is written by Aaryaan Saxena himself and edited by Pravin Angre. Vijay Verma, Harpreet Singh & Sajjad Ali have composed the music for the movie.

The film is eyeing for release on 12^th March.
