The grocery delivery app has launched an ‘on-call delivery’ service for senior citizens allowing them to order their daily needs by just calling a number instead of ordering through the app. It is a pathbreaking offering by the company to make ordering easier for senior citizens who either are not conversant with smartphones and app-based payments or do not have access to a smartphone at all.

Bigoffers launched this service on World Senior Citizen Day as a tribute to the elderly people. The grocery delivery app is currently operational in North 24 Parganas, Salt lake, Newtown, Rajarhat, Dumdum, Kestopur, Lake-town, and Baguiati areas and shall soon expand its services to more locations.
