Baagh shows the wild animal instincts in a civilized society. It is shown through the eyes of a folk actor who performs as a tiger to earn his living. A citizen advises the King to interview a real tiger to know more about it. Mr. Jaiswal, the Goat is given the charge for this project. Grand arrangements are made. But the King orders to cut down on the expenses. Disappointed by the meek responses from the tiger the Goat resorts to ill conduct. What happens next?
