The book has been written after a research of 15 long years. The authors came to a conclusion that an unnamed holy man who lived in different parts of UP from 1950s to 1985 was Netaji himself. The book covers a vast scope of topics from Netaji’s views on Constitutional issues to India’s foreign policy and so on.

Srijit Mukherji said “The book has cold facts. The authors do not claim that what they have said is the only truth. They have just pointed out the facts and left the rest to the audience to read and decide. That is a very good thing. I was intrigued by the book because when I used to read about Netaji as a kid, the stories ended at a certain point. After that no one knew what happened to him. So this is a good book to read and know about what happened”.

Prosenjit thanked his stars for getting roles like Lalon Fakir and Gumnami Baba. “This is a blessing as an actor that I can portray such wonderful roles. Netaji has always been an enigma and one of the bravest heroes of our country. Even after 100 years, people will read about him and remember his contribution for the country” said the actor.

The book is readily available at leading book stores in Kolkata.
