The book launch of Lockdowne Locker Bhenge Pelam took place recently in the presence of eminent guests. The book has been written by Tapas Kumar Pal.

Apart from this, the announcement for Tapas Kumar Pal Academy of Music’s Proggya Award ceremony and Mega Violin Symphony Orchestra was done.

The award ceremony will be a grand celebration and acknowledgment of the talent of exceptional individuals in music.

This year the Proggya Award will be presented to Prof Kalam Mahmud from Bangladesh, Prof S. Hariharan, Pandit Amitabh Mukhopadhyay, Pandit Pratap Chakrabarty, and Pandit Samarendra Nath Mukherjee.

The Violin Orchestra by the students of the Tapas Kumar Pal Academy of Music will leave everyone captivated with their amazing performances and great melodies.

The guest performance at the event will be by Prof Pandit S Hariharan on flute and Vid. Srinath Hariharan on violin.

The event will be organized at Niranjan Sadan on 7^th January at 5 pm.
