Cafe Sunshine- A Warm, Cozy Restaurant With Fantastic Food
Café Sunshine, the newly inaugurated café on Gariahat Road surely lives up to its name. The cozy, brightly lit café is equipped with 12 seats. Sunflowers near the windows further brightens up the ambiance of the café.
This café is the brainchild of the mother-son duo Sudakshina Mukherjee and Aditya Banerjee. Sudakshina has been a home chef for many years and this café is an extension of her amazing culinary skills. She is ably supported by her son at her café.
“Many food items are made using our own recipes. For example, the Mutton keema chop is made using the recipe provided by my mother. Even for the Galauti kebab we make, we do not add rose water or other any other scented water. These are some of the ways in which we make a difference to the food we make” said Sudakshina.
The breakfast menu is available in the morning and consists of toasts, salads and others. In short, they have everything that an individual needs to eat in the morning.
The all day menu consists of momos, pastas, baked food items, different kind of sandwiches, kebabs, chops and fries, and desserts.
The mocktails on offer are Mojito, Blue Lagoon, lemon Ice Tea, Sunshine Orange and Fresh Lime Soda.
Different kinds of teas like white tea, green tea, orthodox black, CTC with milk, and others.
The various kinds of coffee on offer include latte, mocha, cappuccino, cold coffee, affogato and many more.
Some of the must try food items at Café Sunshine are Galauti kebab, Mutton Keema Chop, Bandel cheese momo, Chicken momo, Virgin mojito, Blue lagoon and Orange blossom.
