After six years, Sohag and Chand are no longer in contact. Without informing anyone, Sohag relocated from her Burdwan home to another city. She is not alone, though, for she also has her daughter Chorki, who is Chand’s daughter—something Chand is unaware of.

One day, fate brings Chand and Chorki together. Professionally, Chand is currently a prosperous businessman who owns and operates a cricket academy. Chorki and her friends go to practice wrestling on one of the several pieces of land he has acquired for his academy. Following her suspicion that Chand is attempting to prevent them from reaching the land, Chorki confronts Chand and issues a challenge: “First wrestle with me, then dream of getting the land”.

Interestingly, Chand accepts the challenge, giving the scenario a comic turn. In the meantime, Sohag is observed in a temple, praying. Sohag feels something peculiar, and she can’t quite put her finger on it the moment she sees Chorki and Chand.
