EIILM’s efforts to provide management education with a worldwide focus have reached a significant turning point with its debut. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with SEGi University in Malaysia during the occasion, which also featured talks about EKCLE’s future international partnerships and vision. AICPA & CIMA, upGrad, and the University of South Florida, USA have previously signed agreements for a variety of undergraduate and graduate education programs. Additionally, these courses were introduced during the event.

Prof. (Dr.) Rama Prosad Banerjee, the Chairman and Director of EIILM-Kolkata, is a prominent academic, edupreneur, and leader in Vedic wisdom. He saw the EIILM-Kolkata Centre for Leadership & Ethics as more than just a management studies institution. Rather, he saw it as a place where the brightest young minds in our society would learn to balance the art and science of management with the underlying principles of life.

In partnership with prestigious international organizations such as SEGi University, Malaysia, AICPA & CIMA, upGrad, and the University of South Florida, USA, the Center for Leadership & Ethics (EKCLE) provides a variety of programs. Situated at the Infinity IT Lagoon in the Salt Lake Electronic Complex, the center aims to foster ethical leadership while providing students with a global perspective by fusing traditional values with contemporary leadership abilities. The center offers stress management-focused Mokshanandam: Centre for Blissful Life as part of its holistic educational approach.

With a focus on hands-on learning and industrial internships, EKCLE provides undergraduate and graduate programs, corporate training, management development programs (MDPs), and international seminars.
