Police Filez, the first and the longest-running popular Crime Show, presented by Aakash Aath completed 20 years of its run.

The “Police Filez” team has announced Chandrayee Ghosh as the special host to mark the 20th anniversary of the program. She will join actor Sudip Mukherjee, who has been anchoring the program for a while.

‘Police Filez’ began its journey in 2003 as a significant project started by Late Shri Ashok Surana. The audience saw a performance featuring spine-chilling real-life situations for the first time ever in Bengal.

‘Police Filez’ has been successful in making a favorite position in the hearts of regular viewers thanks to its pursuit of obscure and unsolved incidents of inhumanity and its portrayal of them on the tiny screen. The show’s major goal is to inform the audience of the ruthless mindset or unfavorable situations that still exist while also exposing them to the truth.

Over 5000 episodes of “Police Filez” have been broadcast up to this point. It has been a crucial communication tool for the Police and other State Security Departments. Many unresolved criminal cases and covertly terrible crimes were exposed through the special episodes of “Police Filez” and received the just punishment they deserved.

The show also gives newcomers and up-and-coming actors equal opportunities to demonstrate their acting prowess in front of a large audience.

‘Police Filez’ is aired by Aakash Aath every Monday to Saturday at 8:30 pm.
