Most of us dislike washing dishes and especially scrubbing them from the stains of spices and oil. And this has become a cumbersome job during the lockdown when people stayed at home and an increased affinity towards cooking developed.

To help the customers in the process of cleaning up and to reduce their burden of cleaning grease, ITC has come up with a new product Nimeasy, a dishwashing gel with Enzyme technology.

The product was launched in Kolkata in the presence of Chef Kunal Kapoor and actress Madhumita Sarcar.

Speaking at the launch, Chef Kunal Kapoor said “This is a great product that will ease the process of cleaning the utensils. This is a task that everyone is scared of. But with this dishwashing gel, the process will be quick”.

The Chef demonstrated how to use the product on a Kadhai that was full of grease and spices.

The dishwashing gel consists of Neem extracts and has a refreshing citrus fragrance. This will leave a fresh smell on the utensils and will keep the bacteria away from the utensils.

Using the dishwashing gel is very easy. One just needs to apply the liquid to the utensil and soak them in water. Leave it for twenty-five minutes. The grease and the oil can be washed away easily without scrubbing.

This can also be diluted and used as a scrubber for other utensils too.

Madhumita Sarcar who tried making new dishes during the lockdown said that to keep fit, one must exercise and take note of the amount of food they are consuming. “I stop eating when I am 80 percent full. I eat everything but in controlled portions. That helps a lot in maintaining the fitness levels” said the actress.

The pouch is available at Rs 20 for a 125 ml pouch. The 250 ml bottle is priced at Rs 50 and the 1litre bottle is priced at Rs 200.
