“Children are now so confident and talented. I was not at all so confident when I was at their age. They are so confident that they can go on stage and interact with important celebrities. It is wonderful to see their level of confidence. Had I that kind of confidence when I was young, I would have become a better actor and dancer now” said Dev at the virtual press meet of Dance Dance Junior Season 2. The press meet was also graced by Monami Ghosh and producer Subhankar Chattopadhyay.

After the success of Dance Dance Junior season 1, Star Jalsha has come up with Dance Dance Junior Season 2.

The show marks the comeback of Mahaguru Mithun Chakraborty on the television screen. “I have known him for a long time. I knew him from the time when we used to supply food to the film sets. He is a great person to work with and working with him is a good experience. Any performer will say that working with Mithun da is a great experience” said Dev.

Superstar Dev along with renowned artist Monami Ghosh will act as judges of this season of Dance Dance Junior.

Dev also hinted at the fact that Dev, Mithun Chakraborty, and Monami Ghosh might be seen dancing in between the show. The actor said that it will be enjoyable for the audience.

Monami Ghosh said, “I was so excited to see the performance of the kids. They are so talented. Their level of confidence is amazing”.

The show is being produced by Subhankar Chattopadhyay Productions.

The first level of audition began with 33 participants. After the second level of the audition, the final list of participants will be selected.

Dance Dance Junior Season 2 will begin from 16^th January onwards on every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 pm on Star Jalsha and Star Jalsha HD.
