A vibrant tribute to womanhood recently unfolded at the Birendra Mancha in the Shyampukur area, near Shyambazar, as the cultural organization ‘Swarani’ hosted a grand event titled “Cholo Dekha Jak” to commemorate International Women’s Day. The evening was a seamless blend of music, dance, and cinema, drawing a large crowd of art enthusiasts and social activists.

The highlight of the celebration was the screening of Atyantar, a short film that resonated deeply with the audience. The production explored nuanced themes of femininity and societal roles, setting a reflective tone for the evening’s festivities.
