Right from the day the lock down was announced, Chowman has taken necessary precautions to make all orders completely safe and hygienic – all kitchen equipment, utensils, kitchen floor, wall and even vegetables and raw materials are properly sanitized before they are brought inside the kitchen, all kitchen staffs follow proper hand washing protocol with soap and alcohol based sanitizer, use of mask, scalp cap, apron and gloves are made mandatory for entire kitchen team, use of masks and disposable gloves have been made compulsory for all delivery staffs as well.

All their own delivery team goes through proper sanitization process before and after delivering any order and the same is maintained by our order despatch team while they despatch orders from our kitchen to other delivery aggregators like Swiggy and Zomato.

All orders from Chowman will now come with a sachet of high quality alcohol-based hand sanitizer to take the hygiene one step further. These sanitizer packs are perfect to be used right before diving into the delicious food and of course. Chowman will not be charging to its customers for it.
