CII IWN launched their Mentoring Programme- ‘Supporting Women Towards Achieving Professional Goals’.

The event was graced by Shaon Sen, Chief Guest, WBCS (Executive) Additional Secretary, Department of Labour, Govt. of West Bengal, Kaushik Mukerjee, Guest of Honor & Keynote Speaker, Regional Managing Partner, East – PWC & CO LLP, Dr. Indrani Lodh, Vice-Chairperson of the Chapter and other esteemed guests.

Women in the workforce have faced significant difficulties and consequences as a result of the pandemic. CII IWN has launched the Mentor-Mentee Program to assist these women in returning to work and becoming employable.

Apart from motivating the women to return to work, the program will also focus on the development of leadership capabilities of women in corporate, industry, and as women entrepreneurs.

The mentees will be CII members who can nominate themselves as mentees.

The project will work with a 9-month timeline and will work on retaining and nurturing the women workforce.
