Club Green is an organization that is dedicated to sustainability, environmental awareness, and ethical consumption. The grand debut of this organization was done at Five Mad Men, Kolkata.

Mr. Debashis Sen- IAS Officer, Ex-Managing Director of HIDCO, Dr. Swati Nandi Chakraborty – Environmental Consultant, Cantonment Board (Government of India), Mr. Kaung Htut Aung Economic Attache̔ / Consul of Myanmar- Kolkata, Dr. Ruby Ray- Chief Club Green Warrior at Club Green and Mr. Arun Mukherje – Director of Chaigram, Mentor of TABP & TABPS, serial investor graced the event.

The theme of the launch was- The rise of eco-preneurship in India. It focused on the growth of sustainable businesses in the world. The official logo of Club Green was unveiled at the event.

The event also saw a great upcycling fashion showcase. Through this fashion showcase, stranded fabrics were converted into stylish and sustainable clothing.

As part of its work, Club Green will be planting 10,000 trees, thereby ensuring that the city is green and pollution can be curbed to an extent. It will also focus on a zero-waste initiative. They will also be making green partnerships with businesses to reduce carbon footprints and promote practices that are environment friendly.

Club Green is focused more on taking action. Through education, collaboration, and innovation, they can bring changes in the way businesses and individuals think about sustainability.
