CommPR Appoints Mantar Singh As Co-Founder For West Bengal
The founders of the Kolkata-based public relations company CommPR, Sampurna Gupta and Ravindra Kirti, have announced the appointment of Mr. Mantar Singh as co-founder for the West Bengal region. He currently serves as the Chairman of four Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) chapters: Durgapur, Dhanbad, Chittaranjan, and Asansol. He is also a member of Rotary International, India, Durgapur Central.
Mantar Singh is a highly qualified professional with more than 20 years of experience managing PR & general administration for the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways), the Government of India. He has a track record of success and is well-known for his ability to make significant contributions at the top levels of management. Mr. Singh will be in charge of CommPR’s strategic direction, business growth, and operation of high-quality development. Additionally, he actively contributed to the growth of sports activities for 13 years as secretary of the sports association and to the growth of cultural activities for 12 years as secretary of the cultural association under the GOI. He earned his BSc from Lucknow University in 1978–1980 and his MBA (PG Dip. in Public Relations) from Annamalai University in Madras in 1996.
