Sabitri Production, in collaboration with director Orpheus Mukhoty, announced their upcoming Bengali feature film  Mukhoshe Manushe Khela – Dark Mind Games.

This suspenseful murder mystery thriller is sure to enthrall viewers.

The movie tells the tale of businessman Joy Sanyal (played by Joydip Chakraborty), who must evade a rival’s murderous plot. As unexplained fatalities emerge, Joy is compelled to face the murky details of his ostensibly perfect existence. Priyanka portrays the enigmatic Nandini, a corporate colleague. Manik Sen, an investigator, is portrayed by Subrata Dutta. It’s interesting to note that the movie stars ACP Aloke Sanyal, a real-life police officer, as himself.

The film stars Joydip Chakraborty, Priyanka Sarkar, and Subrata Dutta in pivotal roles.

Mukhose Manushe Khela, the actor and writer of Joydip Chakraborty, an Abu Dhabi native with a wealth of experience in theatre and short films, is thrilled to be making his feature film debut. The actor said, “Bringing Mukhoshe Manushe Khela to life is a thrilling journey, and we are eager to share this unique corporate thriller with audiences worldwide”.

Director Orpheus Mukhoty ( known for Ei Shohore,  Boli,  Akashee Pullover, Adhara, etc) said “With this film, it is the first kind of venture in the corporate thriller genre. It promises suspense and intrigue from the beginning to the end”.

The shoot of the film was wrapped up recently. The film has been shot extensively in Kolkata by Sourav Dey.

The music is composed by Kaushik Ghosh. Abhijit Barman aka ‘Pota’ ( of Cactus fame) has recorded a song for the film.

The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in August 2024 across India and UAE.
