Menu- One can enjoy appetisers, main course, and one thali meal. One can sample Ilish mach-er dim roast, ilish macher chop, thakumar bhapa ilish, jeera marich diye ilish, ilish mach-er tel begun, doi ilish, ilish er muri ghonto, mango wood smoked ilish and bhaja ilish.

The thali meal consists of ilish biryani with bone served with raita, chutney, and papad. Ilish tel is served with steamed rice, ilish bhaja Or bhapa Or doi ilish along with papad and a dessert. Bhuna khichuri with ilish er dim roast, ilish bhaja, kalo marcher chutney along with papad and dessert.
