On 14th February 2022 at EZCC, a program titled Basanta Utsav was organized.

Smt Arundhati Basu, a disciple of Nrityashiramani Guru Bandana Sen performed at the event. She is also a Doordarshan B High-grade artist and a dance teacher of the Nava Nalanda Group of schools.

Her experience added vigor to the charitable show organized by Mr. Arijit Mitra for the welfare of the orphanage Pather Saathi.

After the gruesome pandemic, it was a source of oxygen for the audience as well as the performers like Smt Arundhati Basu who is associated with Esha Goswami Dance Troupe.

She performed solo in Rabindrasangeet and Odissi and also mesmerized the audience with her group performances with other teammates.

Arundhati Basu said that performing after such a long time made her feel alive again. It was electrifying to go back to the stage after two years. And it is equally special to perform for the underprivileged. She has raised her son without a father and she could understand how the kids felt without a parent.

Her charm was exuded in the dance performance and she kept the audience hooked throughout her performance.
