Designer Chandri Mukherjee’s new collection Mystical Garden was showcased at an event held recently.
Chandri Mukherjee’s label Chandri began its journey in 2014. The label made its fashion week debut at the 13th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week.
Extremely light weight hand woven saris, lehenga dresses for summer weddings and parties, hand weaved elegant pieces form a major part of the collection.
The collection consists of dresses made from hand woven fabrics on exclusive floral motifs.
The collection was showcased by eminent models of Kolkata. The showstopper of the fashion show was actress Sreelekha Mitra and Lopamudra Mandal.
Sreelekha Mitra exuded beauty in a sari while Lopamudra looked ethereal in a gown with elbow length sleeves.
The entire evening was high on glitz and glamour.
