Eta Amader Golpo by actor turned director Manasi Sinha completed its 50-day run at the box office.

Four films were formally announced to be presented/released by Dhagaa Production at the same event.

The four films that were announced are as follows:

5 number Swapnamoy Lane will be directed by Manasi Sinha and produced by Suvankar Mitra of Dhagaa Production.

The cast of the film consists of Aparajita Adhya, Kharaj Mukherjee, Arjun Chakraborty, Phalguni Chatterjee, Anwesha Hazra, Payel Mukherjee, Sumit Samadder, Rana Basu Thakur, Soma Banerjee, Tarin Jahan and others.

Sumit Samadder has written the lyrics of the title track of the film.

The story of the film has been penned by Manasi Sinha.

The music will be composed by Joy Sarkar.

Manasi Sinha said “I believe in relationships. Those who have to stay alone due to several reasons, my heart feels sad for them. This upcoming film tells the story of such people. As is evident from the name, it is the address of a house. How the address got lost is what the film is all about”.

Sarah Meets Sahir will be directed by Bappa and produced by Dhagaa Production. It will be presented by Manasi Sinha and Suvankar Mitra.

The cast consists of Ananya Chatterjee, Manasi Sinha, Sujoy Prosad Chatterjee, Rimi Deb, Rana Basu Thakur, and others.

The music has been composed by Soumya-Riit.

Girgit (Hindi Film) is directed by Bappa. The cast consists of Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Ipsita Chakrvarty Singh, Joy Sengupta, Payel Mukherjee, Koneenica Banerjee, and Donna Munshi.

Chaabiwala is directed by Raja Ghosh. The film’s cast consists of Amrita Chatterjee,  Rahul Arunoday Banerjee,  Dhritiman Chatterjee, Subhasish Mukherjee,  Shankar Debnath, and Kaushik Kar.

With such amazing films in the pipeline, it sure looks promising for Bengali film-loving audiences.
