Burnt Garlic unveiled its new menu recently. Chef Gavin Baptist threw light on the new menu for its patrons recently.

The emphasis is on greener and more health conscious eaters with addition of newer vegetarian dishes. This is due to the rise in demand for vegetarian dishes among its patrons. Pork platter has always been popular among Burnt Garlic patrons. Sea food, chicken, fish and vegetarian platters have been added to the delectable offering. There have been additions from Indonesia, Burma, Thailand and Malaysia.

The salads are fresh and the cheese is made in-house and 45 new dishes have been added to the menu, informed Chef Gavin.

The Happy Hours for food on Mondays and Thursdays and on drinks on all days, 2:1 and 1:1 between 12 pm-8 pm with prices starting from Rs 65/-.

Some of the highlighting dishes include Crispy bacon and Pork Ribs, Nasi Mee Goreng and Bacon wrapped prawns.
