Bengalis and their love for food are known globally. And celebrating the Bengali New Year’s Day or Poila Boisakh without gorging on good food is not an option for them. Understanding this sentiment, Princeton Club Kolkata has come up with a Poila Boisakh special menu for patrons.

The menu consists of Gondhoraj Dahi Ghol (Sarbat), Jamindari Sukto, Chanar pur with Potol, Gobinda Bhoh Chaler Pulao, Karaishutir kachuri, Narkel  diye cholar dal, Niramish dhoka paneer dalna, Chicken Duk Bungalow, Mutton Curry, Ilish sorshe, Bhaja ilish ( Hilsa), Gondhoraj dahi ghol and many more.

The special menu is available for lunch and dinner this year on 15th April.
