The poster and trailer launch of the upcoming Bengali film Donto Rohoshyo took place in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

Kishori Rai and her parents are going to a wedding in Odisha. Harsha Rai’s tenant is getting married at Jaajpur’s Balichandrapur. At Lalitgiri, excavations were done in the 70s, and that led to the discovery of Buddha’s tooth and other things. Harsha’s uncle was a worker at this excavation and he submitted these items to the museum. They find another tooth at the excavation which Harsha’s uncle takes away to his home. He keeps the tooth in a Buddha idol and offers his prayers to Buddha daily. However, his son wants to sell the Buddha idol with the teeth. But he is murdered. What happens next?

The film is directed by Sudipta Banerjee.

The cast of the film consists of Biswajit Chakraborty, Kalyani Mondal, Sudip Chakraborty, Srabani Ghosh, Barnali, and Suchandrima.

The music of the film has been composed by Atanu Dasgupta. Saikat Mitra has lent his voice to the song in the film.

Donto Rohoshyo will release on the 5^th of July.
