 A mock-up or trial smile is when the freshly created smile is transferred onto the patient’s natural, unaltered teeth.

The biggest benefit of this mockup is that the patient has the option to decide at this point whether they prefer the new grin design, make the necessary adjustments, or even decline to proceed with the procedure.

After minimum dental preparation, thin ceramic veneer layers are created and bonded to the existing teeth once the patient is happy with the new smile design.
