Techno India Group, one of the premium education institutes in Eastern India, organized Dronacharya Samman-2024, an award event to honor 500 outstanding educators from West Bengal for their contributions to school education. This beautiful award ceremony was held over two days at the Techno India University Auditorium.

The inaugural session was attended by Dr Ramanuj Ganguly, President, of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, Mr Chinmoy Sarkar, Joint Director of School Education, & Prof Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson, Techno India Group. 

On the second day, Dr. Chiranjib Bhattacharya, President, West Bengal Council of Education, Ms. Priyanka Sarkar, Actress, Mr. Nicolas FACINO, Alliance Française du Bengale along with Mr. Meghdut Roychowdhury, Chief Innovation Officer, Techno India Group, were present to give away the awards.

Winners included Best Principal/Head Teacher, Best Subject Teacher, and Best Chief Co-ordinator. Each awardee got the Chairman’s Medal, a diploma, and a memento as a sign of appreciation for their efforts to inspire and guide pupils.

The Dronacharya Award will be an annual celebration that recognizes the unsung heroes of education: headmasters, headmistresses, coordinators, and subject teachers. Every year, these devoted individuals serve as the foundation for thousands of students, helping them to succeed and brilliance.
