Durga Puja Special Esho He Maa Durga At The Astor, Kolkata
The Astor Kolkata like every other year has come up with a Durga Puja special menu for patrons.
Every Bengali craves authentic, new, and traditional dishes during the Durga Puja. Understanding this need of patrons for great food, the multi-cuisine restaurant at The Astor Hotel, Kebab-e-Que introduced the Durga Puja special menu Esho He Maa Durga.
The festive menu is an ode to Kolkata with its different flavors. The food will be served buffet style from 29th September.
One can enjoy a pre-festive meal cocktail/mocktail from Deck 88, their open-air lounge.
The buffet spread at Kebab-E-Que includes the following items and they can also be enjoyed with a few beverages from Deck 88.

The menu on offer includes Sulemani seekh kebab, Ranga Matir murgh kebab, Junglee kalo morich lasooni mahi tikka, Dimer devil, Bangladeshi badshahi roll, Baisakhi stuffed Shimla mircher chop.
The Bhaja “O” Bhorta section has Mochmoche beguni, Badam diye kur kure aloo bhaja, Posto diye dharosh bhaja,Kumro bhaja, Tiler Loochi, Kishmisher basanti pulao, Beresta pulao with chicken chunks, Hinger radhaballavi, and Butter naan.
The Salad section consists of Bhapa kasundir sabjir salad, Tok jhaal mishti onkurito moong dal salad, phol makha.
The Main course features Shorshey narkoli roshun bhapa chingri, Baansh pora kosha khashir mangsho, Koshe kosha haser dimer bhuna, Adibashi style kosha murgi, Maacher matha diye sona moong dal, Pur bhora kanchkola o chenar kofta, Kalibarir aloor dum.
The desserts on offer are Bardhamaner sitabhog, Kolapatay more bhapa chocolate Sandesh, Malai chomchom, Dilkhush kheer kodom and others.
