Eco Smart City is a project developed by Maa Land Group and marketed by Novesta Group.

Maa Land Group (Maa Land Developers Pvt. Ltd.) is a 12-year-old company that has developed more than 150 projects in New Town.

Eco Smart City is the biggest project is now developing in Kolkata. Maa Land Group was established in 2012 and they are determined to create the largest township in Kolkata. From 2012 to 2020 they have completed accruing more than 150 Bigha lands. They have 3 different types of projects, Phase 1 – Banglow Township, Phase 2 – High rise Tower, and Phase 3 – Education Hub.

In Education Hub Pre-School to College, everything will be there. In Banglow Township Health Centre will be there.

Managing Director Saroj Kumar Giri said that the project will be completed within 2024 and it will be a grand success. Booking has already started and they conducted a lottery.  3.6 Cr.

The winning prizes will be distributed among 36 winners.
