Eden Realty Group pledges to donate the booking amount that they will receive from their customers of Solaris City Serampore and Solaris Joka between 25^th April – 31^st May, 2020 to PM-Cares, WB State Emergency Relief Fund as well as other non-profit organizations to support the government in combating the pandemic due to COVID – 19.

Buyers can book their dream home by paying Rs. 30,000 within 31^st May 2020 which will be donated to the Corona Relief Fund. If the buyer wishes to modify or cancel their flat within 15^th June, 2020 they will not have to pay any cancellation fee.
