One of the issues highlighted at the event was the problems that the jewellers faced during the elections. Even after having invoices, they have to go through rigorous checking. That is a hazard for many jewellers. This becomes rampant during the elections.
The day long program empowered various jewellery businessmen and also enabled them to manage their businesses effectively in respect of improved governance and ease of operations.
Labham has been organized in more than 48 cities in India. A Labham book was also unveiled at the press meet. The book explains the elements of conducting a business and the regulatory framework for reference.
