The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat is getting ready to take guests on a culinary adventure called “Treasure of Chilika” from August 18 to August 27 at Seasonal Tastes. A broad variety of authentic foods that capture the spirit of Chilika’s culture and biodiversity are available to guests during the 10-day food festival, which strives to promote and honor the culinary history of this beautiful region.

The lavish and varied flavors derived from the famed Chilika Lake will be the focus of this enticing culinary event.

The in-house culinary team will prepare a mesmerizing array of delectable treasures, from seafood delicacies to vegetarian delights like‘Kankada Jhola’, ‘Chingudi Ghanta (Prawns)’, ‘Pohola Besara Poda’, ‘Chhatu Besara’, ‘Bori Chura’ to name a few.
