Engaging Talk Show On World Health Day At Princeton Club
The well-known proverb “health is wealth” is accurate, particularly on World Health Day. In honor of World Health Day, Princeton Club hosted a talk show for its visitors and members to engage them and provide insightful information on how to live a healthy lifestyle through exercise and diet.
Renowned dietician and nutritionist Dt Chetu Singhi gave a detailed speech and insightful advice on how to live a healthy lifestyle. She recommended everyone maintain a healthy metabolism and ability to digest food by drinking enough water. Drinking enough water will also help the body expel toxic substances.
