Enjoy North-Indian Delicacies At The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat
India’s diversities get reflected in the cuisines of the different regions. To celebrate the North-Indian cuisine, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat has come up with the “Chronicles of Up North India” in Kolkata from 12th November to 21st November’21 for their patrons.
Chef Vivek Kalia along with his in-house culinary team has specially curated this spread for the guests. A descendant of Himachal, Chef Vivek has come up with menus from Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttarakhand.
The 10-day long food festival will showcase dishes like, ‘Sarso Ka Saag’, ‘Makkiki Roti’, ‘Rogan Josh’, ‘Modur Pulao’, ‘Mash Daal’, ‘Bhey’, ‘Butter Chicken’, ‘Chana Madra’, ‘Tudkiya Bhaat’, ‘Dum Aloo’, ‘Aloo Ke Gutke’, and ‘Tabak Maaz’ and many more.
A live ‘Kebab Counter’ will also be available to satiate the taste buds of patrons.
