Chef Rehman’s affinities for his career as a chef and his family’s background in regal culinary traditions are a match made in heaven. Chef Rehman was nurtured by the affection and tales told to him by his grandparents, who told him about the tastes and preferences of the Nawabs. As a result, Chef Rehman developed a deep interest in learning about the culinary and historical aspects of his native cuisine.

The 9-day long food festival will offer dishes like, ‘Hyderabadi Mutton Marag’, ‘Pathar-ka-Gosht’, ‘Shikampuri Kebab’, ‘Nazaqati Boti’, ‘Dum Ka Murgh’, ‘Hyderabadi Kacchi Gosht Biryani, to name a few.
